REV + FLOW Fitness Class

At Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church in Charter Hall
Suggested donation of $5.00 per class
What is REV+FLOW?
It is a functional fitness format, meaning we move in ways that we move out in the real world to build our strength and help us age gracefully. You don't use it, you lose it, right? We also work our most used muscles and joints to help prevent injury. We work with light weights and include some mat work, but all can be modified. I am here to help you feel strong and successful!
This fitness class is open to everybody and every BODY (even little bodies). If you would like to attend class with your littles, you are still welcome. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to provide childcare. However, we hope to be able to in the near future! If you have littles, you are welcome to come with them as long as they can participate or play safely next to you and out of the way of fellow participants.
