Who still struggles to find a place to belong?

In Luke 14:12–24 and Acts 2:42–47, we discover that the gospel always makes room for more people. Jesus continually widened the table to welcome those pushed to the margins, and the early church gathered around tables to share bread, prayers, resources, and life itself. This Sunday, we'll reflect on hospitality not as entertaining guests, but as creating spaces of dignity, belonging, and shared life—especially for neighbors facing loneliness, housing pressures, or exclusion. Together, we'll explore how simple acts of welcome can become the foundation for renewal, trust, and deeper community in our changing neighborhood.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated backpacks for local students. Your generosity is a tangible expression of Christ's welcome and care for our neighbors. We are also excited to unveil the winning name for our new food pantry during worship this Sunday—another step in our shared vision of becoming a vibrant hub of hope, hospitality, and belonging for our community.
